Who they are
Tiny Noosa is a small family business at Cooroy on the Sunshine Coast, run by Sonia and Shane, building a few custom tiny homes a year. It says its joiner has 40 years of carpentry and joinery experience.
What they make
Single-level tiny homes on wheels, all 3 m wide and from 9 m to 12 m long: The Hayman, The Bangalow, The Daintree, The Bangalow XL and Little Cove. Each has rosewood joinery and sliders, a full-size kitchen, a tiled shower, R3 walls and R3.5 ceilings, and cyclone ties from roof to chassis.
What the price covers
Published prices run from $185,000 for The Hayman to $239,000 for Little Cove, with detailed inclusions. The site does not say whether GST, delivery or connections are included. The Hayman has not yet been built.
Installing one in Queensland
At 3 m wide the homes are over the 2.5 m limit for standard towing, so they move as oversize loads by truck. The site does not say who arranges transport or set-up. Check with your council whether a tiny home on wheels needs approval on your block.
Who it suits
Buyers wanting a high-finish tiny home on wheels with timber joinery, for living or a holiday let.
