Who they are
Removed Tiny Homes builds tiny homes on trailers at a workshop at 1/7 Enterprise Place, Yatala, on the northern Gold Coast, visits by booking. It is led by founders Brendan Woodley and Bayden Stinson with in-house trades. The business name and a company called Removed Pty Ltd were both registered in February 2025.
What they make
Two tiers on galvanised tri-axle trailers with TRUECORE steel framing and Colorbond cladding: Classic Tinys 2.4 m wide and 7.2 m to 9.6 m long, and Tiny Mansions 3 m to 3.2 m wide and up to 11 m long, from 23 m² to 70 m². Layouts range from loft bedrooms to three ground-floor bedrooms. It does not build Class 1A homes.
What the price covers
Each model shows a lock-up, lock-up plus and turn-key price; turn-key runs from $136,990 to $237,990. Delivery is quoted on top, and site works and connections are extra. GST treatment is not stated.
Installing one in Queensland
The home is towed to site, or for 3 m wide homes moved by low-loader, then set on its trailer and connected by local trades. Removed includes a consult with its preferred installer but does not name one. Because these are caravans, not Class 1a buildings, check with your council whether one can be lived in full time on your block.
Who it suits
Buyers wanting a tiny home on wheels in South East Queensland who may want to finish it themselves from lock-up.
Worth checking
Confirm which entity you contract with and get warranty terms in writing; none are published. 3 m wide homes cannot be towed on the road, so check access for a low-loader and how the home will be registered.
