A raised Queenslander gets a western extension and deck, a new kitchen, a new bathroom and ensuite, new floors, windows and doors.

What we're doing

  • A new extension and deck off the western side, with the kitchen and living moving out into it, opening straight onto the deck.
  • LVL frames, Merbau deck posts and a low skillion roof running out over the deck.
  • A corner that opens right up: kitchen and living room bifolds meeting at one steel post.
  • Inside the old house: a new front bathroom, an ensuite and walk-in robe, new floors, windows, doors and joinery. The leadlights stay.
